Our Queen Emma dining chair with arms is part of the luxurious new line designed by the craftsmen of Martin & MacArthur in honor of Queen Emma. She was the granddaughter of John Young Olohana (Kamehameha the Great's British-born royal advisor and companion) and Princess Ka'oana'eha, the niece of Kamehameha.3d This line also features a dining chair with no arms to accompany the exquisite new Queen Emma dining table. This design line features sumptuous curves and contrasting natural colors of Koa wood grown on the Island of Hawaii. Made here in our furniture workshop in Honoloulu, this line is to intended to reflect gracious living at its finest.

Perfectly symmetric drawer pulls, each lathe-turned by our craftsmen. Perfectly sanded and finished. Perfectly hidden drawer extenders, so no hardware is ever showing.
