Our Queen Emma Sideboard is part of our elegant line designed by the craftsmen of Martin & MacArthur in honor of Queen Emma, the granddaughter of John Young Olohana (Kamehameha the Great's British-born royal advisor and companion) and Princess Ka'oana'eha, the niece of Kamehameha III.

Our Queen Emma Sideboard features sumptuous curly Koa wood, grown on the island of Hawaii, in contrasting natural tones to show off the contour of the piece. The doors on either side are elegantly curved and open easily by gently pushing in on the side of the door panels, activating the spring hinges to push open. This eliminates the need for handles on the doors, thus maintaining the smooth design of the piece. Three drawers with curved front panels are built into the center of the sideboard for easy, functional storage.

Our Queen Emma Sideboard can be used by itslef or in conjunction with the Queen Emma table and dining chairs, shown in separate pages on this website.
