This authentic hollow wooden surfboard is a Dick Brewer shape, designed for 20’ waves at Waimea on Oahu’s North Shore. This Koa surfboard took 200 man hours to complete at Haleiwa Surfboard Company. These craftsmen continue the fine art of making wooden surfboards, incorporating techniques utilized in airplane wings, stringed musical instruments, and wooden boats.

Master builder Lon Klein designed this beautiful surfboard using Koa, Kau, Kamani, Mango, Milo, Obeche, and Edinam. But, this is not just a surfboard! This is masterpiece in design and composition. Measurements:

HEAVEN ON A HONEYCOMB. We get our honey from the man -- master beekeeper Michael Kliks, PhD. Dr. Kliks oversees apiaries across Oahu and Hawaii island, including the remote uplands of Waikane Valley, the coastal forests of Nanakuli and Kalaeloa, the upland forests of Mauna Loa and remote Kau, and the Waianae and Koolau mountains. Hawaiian honey is special, but this Manoa Honey is the like golden sweet nirvana. Pure heaven!
