We want you to be completely satisfied with every Martin & MacArthur purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly refund any purchase from Martin & MacArthur up to 10 days of receiving for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). We apologize that items purchased at a discount or items purchased with a coupon code cannot be returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA# is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA# please email Customer Service and have the Order Number handy. Please insure and ship your return merchandise with a copy of the Order's Invoice. If exchanging, an RMA# is required as well. Packages that arrive without an RMA# will be subject to a delay in processing.
We recommend insuring your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our operations center.

Returns and Exchanges of Gifts
Please follow our normal Returns or Exchanges (see above). If you are returning the gift item(s), we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 1-808-845-6688 or email us at Customer Service if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us or if you did not obtain an RMA#, it can take up to 7-14 business days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.
Rock Cross Sculptures and furniture cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.
